Hello Winter Opera Friends!

As the Administrative Director at Winter Opera I have enjoyed meeting so many wonderful patrons, cast, and crew. Thank you for opening your arms and welcoming me into the opera world!
With a heavy heart I am leaving Winter Opera for a full time position with the State of Missouri. In the meantime, we are looking for a great candidate to fill my position. Please reply to admin@winteroperastl.org to apply! I will be back in the Fall to help out with the box office for The Merry Widow and I will see you at the opera!

Administrative Director – Winter Opera Saint Louis
The ideal candidate will have a background in graphic design, be computer savvy, and have a friendly personality. Professional to semi-formal attire is required for events.

• Process all ticket sales, maintain ticketing website, and organizing group/fundraising events.
• Process all incoming donations and track donors for donation renewals.
• Answering all inbound communication; emails, phone, & mail.
• Manage social media and update online calendars with WOSTL events.
• Design & send regular email blasts.
• Maintain and update company website, ticketing website, email/postal lists.
• Coordinating, recruiting, and managing volunteers for events.
• Design artwork for advertisements, posters, flyers, and website.
• Rental and management of Winter Opera Rehearsal Space.
Starting salary - $400 per week
Hours 10am -3pm Monday-Friday
Plus box office hours and attendance during 3-4 operas per season
